I’m locked out. What should I do?

How quickly do you attend the job?
We’re a mobile team working out of our South West London base, so timing depends on traffic and how busy we are. We’ll always give you an approximate ETA on the phone before we set off — no vague promises. Traffic around the town centre and Richmond Hill isn’t always kind, but we understand the urgency of a lockout and prioritise it. If you call during a peak time, dispatch may take a little longer — if we’re stretched, we’ll be upfront about a realistic ETA.
Do you cover evenings and weekends?

How long does it take to fix a broken lock?
It depends on the door and the lock. A simple, low-security lock is usually opened in around five minutes by a trained locksmith working quickly. A high-security or period lock can take longer — our locksmith will talk you through it on site.
